Want fresh pastry crust, but just feel you aren't up to the task? Well try this recipe and you won't go back to store bought pastry again!
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You'll Need:
1 1/3 cups of sifted flower
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar
1/3 cup of cooking oil
3 tablespoons of cold milk
Step 1: Whip salad oil and milk together. Pour over dry ingredients. Mix until completely dampened.
Step 2: Press dough with fingers to line pie plate. (No rolling necessary. You will need to double your batch for 2 crust pies. As an alternate, sprinkle pastry crumbs over top.)
Step 3: Brown crust at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Let cool.
