Hummus is becoming a popular dip these days. Everywhere you go. Whether it's to a party or over to a friends house. Someone is pulling out a bowl of hummus and chips for you to chomp on. Now you can learn to make your own and this recipe will show you how.

Things You'll Need:
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 16-oz can of garbonza beans (drained-save liquid)
- 1/3 cup of Tahini (found in health food stores or in peanut butter aisle)
- juice of one lemon
- paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
Step 1 ~ Put lemon juice, garlic, Tahini, and olive oil in blender and blend.
Step 2 ~ Add beans, 1/8 tsp of salt and pepper, and 1/4 tsp of paprika. Start blender.
Step 3 ~ Add very small amounts of reserved liquid from beans to keep blender moving. Don't make it soupy, but don't burn up the blender.
Step 4 ~ Once items are blended, stir with a spoon. Add additional salt and pepper to taste. Chill...
Step 5 ~ Serve with pita bread or veggies.
