For some unexplained reason, our high-school age next-door neighbor has her friends pull their car into our driveway to drop her off. I don't know if she doesn't want her parents to see her friends or what, but I bet she won't be doing it anymore!
Tonight I was on my way to work at about 6:15. We have a big, wide driveway and we live on a main road, so I always put my car in reverse, cut the wheel, and swing the car completely around so I am facing the street and don't have to worry about backing out. Tonight I got in my car, cut the wheel, put the car in reverse and let off the brake and hear "crunch!" I backed right into some kid's car! I was so embarrassed but also a little annoyed, because if they just dropped this girl off in her own driveway, it never would have happened! And didn't the kid see my back-up lights?
There are dents and scratches in my car and his, so I exchanged info with the driver and I will let the insurance company figure it out.
Argh!
