March madness bracket update - On Thursday college basketball and sports fans saw some great opening round action in the 2010 NCAA Men's basketball tournament. There were buzzer beaters, heroic efforts, spoiler upsets and even a few blowouts too. Some of the top-seeded teams to lose included Georgetown, Notre Dame and Marquette, all of whom were predicted by many to move farther than the first round. Now as Friday has arrived, the latest NCAA Basketball tournament 2010 scores are becoming official. Several games have already gone down with at least a few upsets. The #2 seed West Virginia has won their game with a rout to move on to the next round. See latest NCAA scores for 3/19 here.
Friday's NCAA action will feature two of this year's top-seeded teams in the #1 Duke Blue Devils and #1 Syracuse Orange playing in their regions. Also, West Virginia, Purdue, Texas A&M and Michigan State will be in action looking to advance to the next round of just 32 teams. On Saturday and Sunday there will be even more great NCAA action which will decide which college basketball teams go to the Sweet 16.
