Top seeds Kansas strolled past Lehigh with a score of 90 to 74. Marcus Morris scored 16 points and Sherron Collins scored 18. Ohio State had ace player Armon Bassett’s who scored 32 points excelled them to victory after a record number of losses.
Tennessee and Northern Iowa took the lead over San Diego and Vegas. Tennessee’s Melvin Goins made 4-3 pointers bringing their score to 62 over San Diego’s 59. San Diego’s Kawhi Leonard scored 12 points and produced 10 rebounds.
