Any time a Hollywood star puts on clothing bigger than a napkin, the world proclaims them pregnant. But could Katie Holmes really be pregnant again? Are she and Tom Cruise expecting another little Scientologist anytime soon? According to British tabloids The Sun and Daily Mail photographs of the 28-year-old actress show her sporting a rounded stomach as she left a Madrid restaurant. Recent pictures of Holmes, mostly in winter clothing, make her look like she may be sporting a baby bump.

Earlier this month, the former Joey of Dawnson's Creek said she was desperate to have a brother or sister for her 14-month-old daughter Suri and her stepchildren Isabella and Connor. Her exact words:  "Yeah, definitely (we want more children). We have so many kids in our house, there's always this wonderful chatter and the great noise of kids. He's a great father and so it came as no shock that when we had Suri he was amazing with the baby."

Lately, the couple were spotted in Spain with their A-level pals David Beckham and Victoria Beckman, and Holmes has spent a lot of time in New York throughout the winter months. However, as far as definitive word, her publicity people keep denying the claim. What do you think?
