Jennifer Aniston didn't show up at the Oscars or afterparties to promote herself and that new Bounty Hunter movie like she did at the Golden Globes or the 2009 Oscars fest. Gerard Butler, who seems like a total dog, must have been out trolling for more famous actresses to spend time with . . .

However, the two look really good togetrher on the latest cover of W. They kept it fairly clean in this new Steven Klein photo shoot where Butler plays a sexy cop and Jen's a sexy criminal, posing sexy in a sexy desert. (For situations like this, you can never describe enough things as 'sexy.')

Since W is keeping the information in their interview a secret, the only new (and most important) nugget of news comes from the fact that . . . wait for it . . . Jen's hair was dirty (gasp!) for the shoot. "Yeah, we left her hair dirty. It just created a nice chunky texture," her hairstylist said. "She's someone for whom her hair doesn't wear her, she wears it."

Now, isn't W the same magazine that unmasked the sacred and profane love of Brangelina in that mock 60s spread where they were a tawdry suburban couple lounging in their yard watching their little boys play on a summer's day? And then later they were doing other things in other parts of their Ice Storm-type Darien home? Jen might have remembered this and thus decided to one-up them? But can Brangelina at this point be one-upped?
