So, here goes resolution journal #4! (*sigh*) Well, all I can say for myself is that I still have one more resolution journal in which to attempt to reach my goals. Hopefully anyone following my journals will not be discouraged as I do indeed have the intention to meet the goals I made - and will work hard to bring them to fruition by the time I write my 5th resolution journal! (just a side note - work-wise I'm accomplishing alot - hmmmm lol).
As far as other resolutions, my diet is still being kept up fairly well in terms of not eating candy, & cutting down on soda - which is good, and helps to keep my spirits up & looking towards the eventual attainment of all of my resolutions. The only thing that could be viewed as negative in terms of my diet lately is that a couple of days ago I purchased some chocolate ice-cream - but it was 'soy' ice-cream which is supposed to be healthy, right? Or is that just wishful thinking on my part!? (feel free to chime in on that - lol)
The bottom line is that besides my 'healthy' treat splurge - I mainly need to work on starting the kick-boxing classes. When I write the 5th journal, I hope to be declaring that I found a way to incorporate the kick-boxing classes into my schedule, and will be well on the way to a great year, along with an incredibly high level of fitness!
