The Bachelor Finale: Jake Proposes to Vienna!

The Bachelor’s final episode….Jake was down to making his proposal…Tenley or Vienna? Tenley was first on the “chopping block”.   Jake, hand in hand with Tenley, tells Tenley “something isn’t right”.  Tenley, in tears, accepts Jake’s decision, but let’s Jake know she gave her heart to him, loved him and thanks Jake for making her feel special.  Tenley and Jake unfortunately had to say goodbye.  Jake admitted to Tenley there was a part of him that was not coming out naturally to her.

Yes! Jake does proposed to the most controversial woman this season, Vienna!! Jake tells Vienna he loves her.  Jake, down on one knee, proposes with ring in hand to Vienna!  Vienna accepts (of course)! 

Wow! What ended up as the most controversial woman on the show, ended up being the bride to be! Amazing!

**Earlier in the Episode**

Jake was faced with choosing between two women he is in love with, Tenley and Vienna.  The final episode ended with Jake introducing Tenley and Vienna to his family in order to seek some sort of approval.  Jake’s family embraced Tenley and her values while Vienna remained in question.  Vienna held her ground, being the second date Jakes parents met.  Vienna stated her strong feelings and beliefs towards Jake in order to gain approval from his family. Jake’s family questioned Vienna’s controversy in the house and questioned her intentions towards Jake.  Jake’s family eventually came to embrace Vienna and her stand offish personality.  Vienna ended up giving Jake her prized ring, which meant she was ready to give up her single life and become devoted to one man, that being Jake.  Vienna did not hesitate to tell Jake she love him, she knew what she wanted and was out to get what she wanted!

Jake had the opportunity to take Tenley and Vienna out on one-on-one dates to help narrow down his decision.  Unfortunately Jake was torn between Tenley and Vienna on his dates.  He was connected to both women, in love with both women.  

Tenley seemed more grounded and serious, knowing exactly what she wants.  On the other hand, Vienna was more outgoing and fun loving in which Jake could be himself.

Tenley was ready to be with Jake, she hasn’t been with another man since her divorce and is ready to take that risk to find true love, which is Jake.  Vienna was ready to do what it took to get Jake in the end.
