Beyond the skies

Beyond your devils

Before you sailed

Tempests blow strong

Around your ship

And cold sea-water

Drips from your lip

 

Beyond the sea

Beyond the sands

Beyond my reach

Your heart stands

And through your fire

The future approaches

Let go of the stone

Beyond sand and sea

So you'll take the stone, you'll take the weight of the failed love on yourself as the ships/canoes/kayaks/dinghys/life rafts/giant Cheerios/astral bodies/lives pass each other, moving on to separate destinations. As long as you carry that weight, there will always be a connection. She's infuriated and you are taking the blame. Man, I don't like this chick. Let her keep on floating in that life raft. Let me know if you need a dart gun. Never mind, I'll take care of it. :)
