College Student abroad in Italy to serve 26...

Oh my gosh! I was watching the new the other day and came across a story about a female college student from the USA who was studying abroad in Italy, and somehow her roommate was murder, and she was charged with it! The crazy part is, the Carabinieri (Italian police) never found proof that the American student committed the crime! None of her DNA was found, no weapon, nothing, and they have charged her with 26 years in the prison in Italy! How crazy is that. I cannot even imagine if I was this poor girls family what I would do...

Does anyone know a few more details about this story, or has a current update on what is going on with it?? I found this story out about 2 or 3 days again...and a lot can happen in that amount of time haha, UPDATE ME IF YOU CAN!!

No I havent heard this one. I know our justice system in the US alone really sucks let alone other places

I read a lot about it and basically three people where somewhat involved... the girl who was sentenced to 26 years is Amanda Knox. When I heard about it it seemed unfair to her but when I read what I read it seemed there is more to the story that I first heard. We often forget other countries judicial system is not like ours.

In the case of Natalie Holloway, the police in Aruba failed her, as Joran is still walking around and saying he was there when she died, yet he did not get her help...and her body has never been found.
