It was an insane idea I came up with in late winter...
I grow heirloom vegetables and I had noticed they were readily re-seeding themselves all over the place and so I got to thinking: Q) How could I use this to my advantage??
A) I mixed all my varieties together and scattered them all over the vegetable beds and left them to it. The results are now coming through and I can tell you it's a JUNGLE out there!!
The jungle need to be tammed and it's due to the tomato plants I didn't plant which have grown huge:) they have created a canopy to shield the smaller cultivars and this has worked great, because the New Zealand sun is very harse even on overcast days.
I am so excited to be harvesting all Mother Nature's gifts:) Thank You for the abundance of magical vegetables I have now and in the future:)
