i keep all of my photos backed up on my computer. organized by year, then by subject matter. im pretty detailed on this subject. but i havent organized any of my photos from 2010 yet, they are just in the 2010 folder at the moment. i think ill undertake this today. since i dont seem to have the motivation to leave the desk today.

i did notice something funny though. the file size increase and sheer amount of photos i have taken over the years has been increasing almost exponentially. have a look

2005: 562 MB

2006: 1.26 GB

2007: 2.03 GB

2008: 2.88 GB

2009: 7.28 GB

2010: 4.48 GB already!

i know the fact that i got my rebel in late late 2009 makes a huge difference, but..wow!

Wow! Hehe.

Mine are all organized in categories once they're resized. The big versions are mostly organized by date, now that I have the Canon.

Mine are organized similar to the way you have your organized. How do you like the Rebel? It was a toss up between the rebel and the Olympus for me last year and I went with the Olympus......I like it a lot!

I added a small removable piece to store pictures. When it's full or when the year ends it can be changed and filed in a compact spot.
