Sean Penn joins the list of paparazzi attacks alongside actor Alec Baldwin, rapper Kanye West, boxing champ Mike Tyson and Gerad Butler Last fall actor Sean Penn got into an altercation with a photographer in California and is set to be arraigned on March 22nd on two misdemeanor charges.
According to police reports Penn was caught on video kicking a photographer and damaging his camera last year in October. If convicted he could face up to 18 months in prison.
