Today was my Father in Laws birthday - so I had to make him a LOW FAT cake. I am thinking is there such a thing? Well I came up with this - angel food cake and low fat yogurt. I bought a cake pan that I guess you use for Cheesecake - well I spread the soften frozen yogurt on the bottom of the cake pan. I then tear the angel food cake into pieces and mush it down. Once it's all nicely shaped I took the remaining frozen yogurt and spread it on the top. Placed in freezer two hours.
Upon time to serve I flipped the pan upside down, took of the edge circle, warmed the top and pried it off. Put on the candles and bam! A low fat Strawberry and Banana cake. It was pretty tasty - Cost $14.69 for pan, $8.18 for the ingredients. So about $23 for the cake and I get to keep the pan.
We also took them out to eat - however I don't have the total on this. I'll have to wait till it shows up on the bank card.
Also bought a birthday card and a drink so that's $2 and some change.
Tomorrow I have a doctor's appointment which means $15 copay *sigh*.
But heck I pulled this one outta no where so tonight - I say I ROCK! :0)
Yesterday my goal was to get to 2600 - I got to 2606! WOOHOO!
Today my goal was 2625 - since I wouldn't be on much today and I've already made it to 2630 - so my new goal - wake up tomorrow with 2650. :0)
I did however miss church today :0( The major downside. Oh here is a picture of my cake!

I seriously thought of skipping church yesterday after 15 minutes of trying to get ice off the vehicle and we were still no where close to being able to see to drive.....I'm glad we kept at it since there were only 30 of us at church.
