The End Result from Jennifer Lee's Painting and Poem

Some of you know Jennifer Lee created a wonderful kayaking painting and poem for me.  I was very excited when I received it in the mail.  It was the perfect for the empty wall on my office at work.

I searched for a frame to fit the painting and finally found one at Target.  I chose the black frame because my office is mostly done in black and gray.  It may sound dismal, but it looks awesome.  The painting adds "pop" to the area, as you will see in the photo below.

The actual image Jennifer used in the kayaking poem would not print without being pixelated.  I tried different sizes and got the same result.  So, I took a kayaking picture I had and put the poem on it.  Although not as bright an image as Jennifer's, I thought it worked well especially to match the poem of friends kayaking.

It really did, Kathy. I wish the light hadn't been coming in so bright through the window. You can see part of the stained glass I have hanging in the window reflecting in the small print...sigh.

Rene ~ I was very excited to get this. Every time I look at it, I'm reminded there still are some good people in the world. It was very nice of Jennifer to do this for me and I appreciate it very much.
