During last night's concert John Mayer delivered a tearful apology, after making racist and explicit remarks about his relationship with Jessica Simpson in an interview with Playboy magazine.
"I'm a quest to be clever. I completely forgot about the people I love and the people that love me. he said.
He said he will be leaving the sound bite game, themedia game and he thanked his rock band fo rsupporting him during this time.
Recently he used the N word on his twitter account and later apologized.
"I am sorry that I used the word and it's such a shame that I did because the point I was trying to make was in the exact opposite spirit of the word itself."
I'm not sure I even understand what he just said!
