Grammy award winning rapper Lil Wayne has been granted more time to enjoy his freedom. Today would have been the day he started his year long jail sentence, but judge Charles H. Solomon postponed it first to February 25th.
Lil Wayne latest album, "Rebirth" was recently released and the 27 year old was ready to begin his sentence.
"Im out this b****, To all my fans, my real fans, I really, really, really truly love you. I love you with all of me, for real." Lil Wayne said in a video he recorded for his family and fans.
According to Stacey Richman, Lil Wayne's lawyer, Wayne has a cracked toothe and is in need of dental surgery. The surgery will take 10 days to recover, therefore, making it the final straw, the judge granted the rapper to report to jail on March 2nd.
