I have decided that since I spend so much time working on my inside (spiritually, emotionally and intellectually), I am also going to devote as much time on the outside. I want to feel beautiful again. It has been a long while and I have forgot many things I had down as a teen.
I have started Weight Watchers and have lost 16lbs Woot Woot! I have a great jump on that part of my life :) I am learning to make better choices and be forgiving when I just think I have to have that Scone in the morning. It has changed the way I am viewing food, being an emotional eater and all. I am happy with my results and feel like this is something I can stick with.
I purchased Carmindy's 5-Minute Face... I have taken a few of her tips and purchased a new foundation and invested in some killer lip gloss! It has a berry tint and looks really good on me... Also I have vowed to myself I WILL NOT SLEEP IN MY MAKE-UP!
I also purchased Dress Your Best by my fave style icons! Stacy London and Clinton Kelly, Hosts of TLC's What Not To Wear... I am taking baby steps this week and investing in some great jewelry. I will post pics when I find the cord for my camera. I bought a multi-colored, multi-chained necklace, a silver necklace with a nice sized heart on it and 3 large dangly earrings... staying away from hoops that will only make my face look larger. I also plan on purchasing Freakin Fabulous by Clinton Kelly
