I have been to many hospitals in the U.S. where there is a Mickey Ds or BK (or both). The hospital in Sedona even has a Starbucks in the lobby. If you think your doctor is really on your side, think again.
When I lived and worked in Louisville, KY, the Norton's Children's Hospital had such fantastic food in their cafeteria, most of downtown showed up there for lunch. I did!

many years ago we went to Memphis for my husbands brain surgery and that hospital had a Subway.
