My yearly repost about my Valentine decoration. =)
In 1999 my husband worked at a steel factory. Knowing how I love to decorate for the holidays. Plus, I've never had a unique Valentine's day decoration. He and a friend of his came up with an idea. They took two steel rods heated; and bent them cane shaped. They then welded the ends together to form a heart. Then another rod was turned into an arrow
I then surrounded the heart with aluminum foil. Added red lights around the heart. And white around the arrow. This year I bought, some purple heart shaped garland. And wrapped that around the heart as well. Now it sparkles in the daylight.
Below photo was taken in 2008. Looks like we'll have snow this Valentine day too.
