Jamaican Text Abbreviations

My sister sent me these:

TWY = Tek Weh Yuself (Remove Yourself)
XA = X Amount (Unspecified Quantity)
AO = Alms Ouse (Very Poor Example)
BPT = Back Pon Top (On Top Again)
BOAL = Buss Out A Laff (Burst Out In Laughter)
BOABDL = Buss Out A Big Dutty Laff (Burst Out In Very Rude Laughter)
CAS = Crack A Smile
DWL = Dead Wid Laff (Dieing Of Laughter)
DWLAPUMS = Dead Wid Laff And Peepee Up Mi Self (Dieing With Laughter And Peeing On Myself)
FR = Fi Real (Really!!!!)
KMNB = Kiss Mi Neck Back (Kiss The Back OF My Neck─An interjection of surprise)
KYAWO = Kut Yeye And Wheel Out (Shut Eyes, Turn And Leave─A Gesture of Dismissal)
LUH = Lick Unu Head (. . . Hit Your Head)
LM = Likkle More (Shortly, or See You Soon─French: “Abientot”)
MPD = Mad People Dem (Literally, “Mad Persons”, usually: Those are Mad People)
MYODB = Mine Yuh Own Dyamn Biznezz (Mind Your Own Damn Business)
NR = Nuff Respect (Lots Of Respect)
AMART = A Me A Run Tings (I’m in Charge)

I would read it (in context of course it would be easier). Take way yourself. Take yourself away. Oh, I wouldn't get it as an abbreviation of course.

XA = X Amount (Unspecified Quantity) - I get that.

AO = Alms Ouse (Very Poor Example) - But I wouldn't get this one .... would you use it in a sentence for me?

Requires a bit of cultural background knowledge. We have hostels for the poor they are informally known as "Alms Houses".

So, "Weh kina AO giff dat?" (What kind of AO gift is that?")

Also applied to behaviour: AO behaviour is the very worst manners.

So it applies to poor taste also.
