This winter weather can play havoc on everyone's skin, male and female. Good skin care at any age is important.
Now off to exercise.
It is also advisable for youngsters not to get unnecessarily obsessed about skin care unless and until their skin require the care over and above the routine maintenance. Or else, and it is my personal view, making too much fuss about skin maintenance early in life could make the skin age beforehand.
