I am taking an English literature class right now and during my studies I came across an interesting question for my friends......It's an open ended question so answer as you see fit.
I view my world esp. right now, as a challenge to be fought and won every single day. I have a heavenly father who knows also what I need and what I need to do get it...sometimes though he has to show me the way and I MUST listen or that need will not get met. I view my world much more positively since I have met some of the nicest , kindest people and friends right here on Gather and also the internet. I think I really view my world with too much trust than I should because in the past that was always what got me burned...but I guess I just trust God enough these days that I feel he will show me if someone is not right to be my friend or even an acquaintence and he leaves that decision to me. Oh dear, I could go on and on Danielle, but I don't want to talk your ear off!! Very nice topic!
I view the world as a whole through sketical eye, though I remain hopeful. My personal world is a content and happy one. Though I have lived through missfortune and endless unwanted drama, I would not change it.
I do share the same view as you probably due to the losses we have endured in this game we call life. Thanks for all your wonderful comments my friend.
My world is one that's fairly complex it's not that simple things are not black or white, either, or, there are shades of gray. A lot of what I do on a daily basis impacts others not just me. This just may be my cross to bear if we all must bear one and I bear it well.
I also see the the world as offering a new beginning and opprotunity, a chance to better our ourselves each new day and get it right. Yesterday is done and over, today is what matters.
Wow, that's a tough question. I think varies, day by day, for me.
Maybe I'm being a little too philosophical here, or thinking about this too much, but the question is "How do you view your world?", but is that the same as "How do you view THE world?" I ask that because isn't my world, everyone's world?
To me that's an easier question to answer, but a longer answer. I feel very passionate about what's going on in the world right now and if I started writing about that, we would be here all day. I'll just leave it at that.
I don't think your world is necessarily everyone's world because we all come to it with different perceptions, whether negative or positive, they are all different. My question is how do you view your world? The thoughts and feelings you have about your life and the life you have built for yourself. Thanks for well-thought out comment. ;)
I view my world through rose-colored glasses. It drives my family crazy that I only remember the good things and the good times, and not the bad. But that's the way I was made. Yes, there are trials and tribulations. We all have them. But I know that none are so difficult that they can not be defeated, with God at my side (or, more likely out in front).
World – Danielle – is a lovely cv of God and His magnificence that needs to be updated every second. It has a colossal chapter that dwells on experience and expertise both relating to God and the humans.
Incidentally, my time is up. A particular Government circular has made it compulsory for all offices in the central Delhi area to be closed by 11 AM today in view of our Republic Day. We are already at 15 hrs IST. The Security Guard has already made two or three appearances at our door asking us to close the office. So will come back for the next installment another day.
