AFter comedian Andy Dick was arrested for Sexual Abuse in West Virginia Saturday, he asked "Celebrity Rehab" counselor Dr. Drew Pinsky to reach out on his behalf via Twitter, according to Entertainment Tonight. The Tweet said:
"From Andy at his request: 'There are two sides to every story. Please reserve judgment until you hear mine. Thank you.' -- Andy Dick"
Andy was arrestedÂ in West Virginia on two counts of felony sexual abuse in the first degree, according to news reports from the Huntington Police Department. He was a participant on the VH1 reality show "Sober House" in 2009, where Dr. Drew helped him maintain sobriety through group and individual therapy sessions.
The charges are felonies, according to the news site The Herald-Dispatch. Dick is currently on probation for similar charges, according to the report.
News Reports on the City of Huntington Web site note that Dick was arrested at 4 a.m. today (Saturday, Jan. 23) and charged with two counts of sexual abuse. Dick is accused of groping the genital area of two people inside the "Rum Runners" bar.

Dick has become almost as well known for his legal bouts as he was for his roles in "News Radio," "Get Smart," and a host of television shows and films.
He is currently on probation for a similar incident, according to E! Online.
Some of his legal and public woes began in 2005 when he dropped his pants and exposed his genitals to an audience during his comedy show. The audience booed him off the stage, according to news reports. Numerous other woes included Dick being forcibly removed from the set of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in 2007 after he refused to stop touching another guest, Ivanka Trump, as shown in video.
