When I went to cash out with PayPal, I receive the following message:
We're sorry, an error occurred. Please click the back button and try again.
Is this happening to anyone else and does it happen often? Just thought I would ask as this is the first time I've had enough points to really make it worth cashing out.

It's now January 19 at 1:16 am and I used two different computers and am still getting the same message. Not a happy camper here.
After exploring the Gather links regarding PayPal payments, it appears they want a W-9 form. I have sent the form as of today.
Now to figure out what else needs to be done. I must be making this more difficult than necessary.
I guess that is the error they are referring to. ;D)
Still having the same problem. Will give them more time to receive the W-9. I even contacted them and never received a response. MaryAnne is the only person to respond. I now have 3,235 points so that can't be the issue. Hmmm...
