The White House is firing back against Rush Limbaugh's Haiti comments. The radio host advised listeners not to donate to a Haiti relief fund set up by the White House. Limbaugh suggested that people don't need to donate because they already have through income taxes, and that the money probably wouldn't go to help the people of Haiti any way. The most that would happen, he suggested, is that donators would end up on an Obama campaign mailing list.
Today, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs is responding, saying Limbaugh's comments are "really stupid."
Limbaugh insists that people should still donate, but go through private channels like the Red Cross.
For his part, Gibbs says it's unfortunate Limbaugh would convince people, through whatever means, not to donate to people in need.

Haiti have common cultural links with its Hispano-Caribbean neighbors, Haiti is the only predominantly Francophone independent nation in the Americas. It is one of only two independent nations in the Western Hemisphere (along with Canada) that designates French as an official language; the other French-speaking areas are all overseas départements, or collectivités, of France.
So stick to the subject: It is proven any money given to the or "A" government in relief funding, only 20% actually gets to the people as all the rest is eaten up in Military mobilization, as they are all employee's of the state and in administration. If you give to the Red Cross the full $ goes directly to the relief effort in food and logistics as Red cross self funds administration continuously. And Relief money for each project is project tagged separately and left over monies end up in the rebuilding phase, well after the disaster is contained, by building schools and teachers and follow up health programs in counciling.
Give to the Red Cross or Doctors without Boarders some one like this,
"NEARLY $537 million in tsunami aid for Sri Lanka is unaccounted for and over $686 million has been spent on projects unrelated to the disaster, an anti-corruption watchdog says."
You stared the racial debate and now you show you have no argument and you attack from your keyboard.
You had no premise to begin a racial attack on the person in the article.
The article was never about race.
The article pointed out a fact in Corruption in Aid relief.
You should read my article on "America has to be the worlds most Racist country." My great grand parents came to Australia in the holding cells of a ship. As did most of Australians from 1788 - 1860.
It seems you are one of the racist people I spoke about in my article, the ones who see skin color before they see the person. Somehow you think White people were never slaves, you think Chinese were never slaves, You think Haitians were never slaves. You also think Black African American and White American.. in your eyes one can never be an American, UNLESS they have a race identifying them infront of it.... Why don't you tattoo everyone's forehead, it will make them easier to identify, you and Hitler will get along just fine!
In Australia we are all Australian, We are never White, Black, Brindle, Yellow, Brown or Chocolate, We are all one people under one law and we all respect each other as people. I was elected as a tribal Elder by 13 indigenous tribes, not because of my race or skin color, but by what I Do as a person.
Eddie... stick to the article... Money donated to a Government Will be unaccountable and will be spent on projects totally unrelated to. Also read my article the Tsunami, you can see that over 2/3 of a Billion dollars is unaccounted for, Just in one country. All of this money was handled by Governments. All of this money was given by Hard Working taxpayers from other countries.
Cheers
