Don't you just love it when you get a great deal on something?!!!!

I went to our local BJ's yesterday afternoon to stock up on some items.  As I was heading to the checkout I passed a rack with some boots on it.  I saw a pair of Totes in my size so I stopped to look at them.  I thought I was reading the sign wrong when it said "clearance - $10.00"! 

I tried them on, they fit and they are now mine! I have been looking for new boots for a while but just didn't want to pay a fortune for them. (I saw some Totes at Kohl's for $60 that were almost identical to these)  I definitely wanted something waterproof and these are perfect.....waterproof and with a Thermolite insole to keep my feet warm.

They really are a great boot Sandra! My daughter got some from her school this year and I have a pair I think I have had for over 5 years now and they look just as good as new so they really are a good brand. My mom has a pair too. I don't just get overjoyed when I get a good deal I get ecstatic!!!! :o)

Cool boots! I bought some nice looking thermal henley tops at Kohl's for $3.00 each. Nothing fancy but they are warm, soft and comfortable.

Great deal Sandra. That is an awesome price. You are correct at the price of boots at Kohl's. With Kohl's you always have to watch for the sales. I got a nice pair of totes from Kohl's this year for about $15.00. I work there part time, so I try to only shop when there are extra discounts on top of my associate discount. I bought a fully lined suede Sonoma winter coat one year for $1.90. Someone returned it from the previous year, and I just happened to be the one that returned it for the customer. When I did a price check, I knew I was going home with a new coat.

My son just started working at Kohl's in November. He is part time too! He really likes it and the good thing it that it's only 1 and 1/2 miles from where he lives....can walk in nice weather! Way to go on the coat, what a deal!

Tell him to keep an eye out for you while he's there. If the store he works at is anything like ours, he can put stuff off to the side to buy later. I've been working at Kohl's for about 6 years now.

No. I went to the $$ store today to get a new calendar and had to end up buying an expensive one at another store cause $$ store didn't have any. No deals here!

I've found no good deals lately. I do come upon one every once in awhile. A couple of years back I found a pair of Ugg boots for $99 - instead of $189. I was thrilled. They are the most comfy boots I've ever worn. I adore them.

We got a great pair of Black leather boots for $40 this December. Loved that. I also found a pair of Converse All Star sneakers for $7 because the print was a bit weird. I like weird.

Great deal Sandra. I always seem to miss out on good deals like this for myself. I think my eye is always trained to find bargains for other people and don't look for things for myself. Hmmm, I need to be more alert.
