Oh boy!

In what has to be a very cold move, a man stripped down to his birthday suit and went for a jog a few blocks from the White House last evening.  He stuffed his clothing into a duffel bag and started his run.  Authorities saw the bag as suspicious then apprehended the jogger before he got very far.  Of course there was nothing in the bag that could be construed anywhere near dangerous and the man was hospitalized for a psych evaluation.   According to the New York Times on-line it made clear if he would face criminal charges...

My question is this:   Other than indecent exposure (which I believe is a misdemeanor) what could this man possibly be charged with?  Terror by streaking?  Felonious jogging?

I think it should all depend on his psych eval. Of course, they may have to press charges to keep him in a mental facility.

Who knows? Maybe he was trying to make a point, altho' what point? Weird. It is almost as weird as the Polar Bear Club in Coney Island.
