With many of us making New Year's Resolutions to lose a bit of "junk in the trunk" - I thought I'd share a useful iphone app for making weight loss a little bit easier. It is called Lose It and it is a FREE app. Can't get better than free can it?

Lose it allows you to keep track of the food you eat and the exercise that you do. It even has a built in calorie calculator so you don't have to spend time trying to find it. Simply type in the type of food or exercise and it will automatically calculate either the calories in the food or the calories burned through the exercise.
You type in your goals, and Lose It tells you how many more calories you can eat each day without going over.
