Charlie Sheen spent Christmas Day behind bars after being arrested on domestic assault charges. Sheen was allegedly in a fight with wife Brooke Mueller in Aspen, Colorado. Police officers from Aspen Police Department responded to a 911 call and investigated the incident on Christmas morning regarding a domestic violence situation
Police took Sheen, (real name Carlos Irwin Estevez), into custody for felony second-degree assault and criminal mischief.
Officials said the charges are coupled with a domestic violence component.
Paramedics responded to the scene but the alleged victim, believed to be Ms Mueller, did not require attention.
Sheen was held without bond at the Pitkin County Jail
No further details about the incident were released.
Mueller is Sheen's third wife and he is the son of screen legend Martin Sheen.

Many demons in this families closet.
I like Charlie always have, always will. He has always had problems, not sure why we think just because someone is on tv, movies why we think they are on some higher level of humanity then the rest of us.
I loved his role in the movie "Beyond The Law". This is how I see him in real, day to day life.
I also feel this is why he takes on the roles he does. Look at his career. Not hard to pick roles that are so close to real life to play. Easy.....
I just do not think the family itself is a peaceful family. I think he is a chip off the old block is all.....
Like it is some kind of validation to our own misfortunes......
