I think the GOP biggest short coming on this deal was that they were very clear in what they were against but didn't articulate what they were for in regards to medical reform. It's easier than falling off a log to be against something without presenting a real and workable alternative.
I see it everyday in private business where people are against a something but when you ask for a workable alternative they look like a deer in headlights. I really believe that a person is part of the solution or part of the problem and not having a solution is part of the problem.
Staus Quo isn't a solution when it comes to our broken medical system if you want to call it a system at all.
Could be that what they were for was consumed by a lot of negativity of what they were against. It just sounded to me they were for status quo when that's not an answer. I don't know what this bill will bring but I know I don't want more of the same. This just may fall flat on it's face but I'm personally willing to risk the failure than stay on the present course.
It's a risk but then again life is a risk. The biggest failure in life is not being willing to risk the chance of failure. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

I think both sides of the "invisible" isle were playing politics - shame on them both!
I wonder if there are any strong Republican challengers in Nebraska that actually want to follow the Constitution instead of being Democrat-lite.
