Christmas Cookies

I decided to make Christmas cookies again this year.  I don't make the traditional sugar Christmas cookie.  I enjoy making holiday peanut butter cookies, oatmeal cookies and ginger bread men.  I went to the grocery store today and bought all the fixins for the cookies.  I enjoy making them each year.  Do you make Christmas cookies each year and if so, what kind?

I made 12 dozen, and they are gone already. Sugar Cookies are a must. Then p-nut butter, choc chip, oatmeal raisin, molasses, ginger, lemon, snickerdoodles, those pecan balls rolled in powdered sugar, and so many more.

I make a variety too. This year I made graham cracker praline cookies, whoopie pies, and donuts. I have to make Russian Tea Cakes, peanut butter cookies, pumpking whoopie pies, and peanut blossoms.

I make tons of different cookies each year, but my favorites are cream cheese sugar cookies with vanilla cream cheese icing. Yummy!

Yes, Tis' the Season for Baking. I have got most all my Cookies made for Christmas and Gift Giving. Choclate-Chip, Oatmeal @ Rasian, Cut-out Sugar cookies and Peanut-Butter.
All made from scratch, it's just the Best!
For me anyway.

I bake assorted cookies and over the last week I've baked several dozen peanut butter, chocolate chip, chocolate chip and peanut butter, chocolate kiss cookies, and sugar cookies, as well as M&M cookies. There is not a crumb to be found in the house so I'll start all over on Wednesday!

I don't bake most years. My daughter and her family made 8 different kinds of cookies 2 wks ago; about 2-3 dozen of each. Then they also made 3 sheets of various bar cookies. Both my daughter and her husband took a tray of cookies to their workplace and there are still some left at home but they are quickly disappearing!

my Mom and I make biscochittos(not sure of the spelling) which is a traditional spanish cookie..........we have the receipe from my grandmother
