HMM Ok gather? where is my money!

I wrote an email to gather support a week ago,and still no response about my 25$ paypal that I cashed out for 3 weeks ago,I realize they may be behind,but it never took more then a week to get it since i been here for 3 years,they also posted on their help page etc to cash out by a certain date and they would have them processed by December 18th! so how come I aint seen mine yet? today is the 19th? I'm not angry just curious as to why still no response to my email,that's more frustrating as to why they couldn't answer why it taking longer then usual,yes it states could take 30 days,however I know people that have been waiting longer then that.. so whats going on? and to post it on their website gather themselves that they will be processed all by the 18th and it did not happen.??


I dont mean to vent this about gather but Im just wondering whats going on!

have they replied to you yet?? thats all I want is a reply as to whats going on.. and nothing its been a week. usually they always good about replying except this time...

Yeah, I cashed out for Paypal on Nov. 27th and I'm still waiting. I thought that I'd have it in plenty of time for Christmas, but apparently not. Hmph!

I remember reading about the 18th someplace in here too...
I was told the 18th directly from a staff member, but I had gift cards on order which were from earlier than the paypal cashout above. I have gotten 1, but not the others.

When I cashed out it said it would take up to 32 days...They've sent me a few of the Paypal payments within 2 weeks or so though.

Yea, i also cashed out around the end of November & still haven't received anything either. But usually takes a few weeks for them to send it to me too (via paypal).

I wonder if they are having a huge increase because of the holidays??
Well, it says, Mailed by the 18th. So if you ordered one that is mailed..I would assume it is in the mail now.
But the paypal....I'm waiting very impatiently myself. I cashed out on the 7th and still nothing!

my friend cashed out and sent card to me middle of last month and she said its still says processing... but its nto unsual these days the last times ive cashed out on gather it takes about a month to 45 days and matter of fact it says 45 days now when cashing out... and i figure if everyone wanted to give for christmas they shouldve gave gather more time than that and cashed out like i did back in oct for that... not only is gather fightin with all of the people cashin out all at once bein its close to christmas but the usps is slow as well due to mailings for the holiday... and it said mailed by the 18th depending on where u are from them can take 3 to 5 days to recieve in mail even if they did mail on the 18th which was Friday and no mail yesterday so thats not giving them a lot of time.. i understand its frustrating but some of the stuff u deal with at the holidays.... good luck
