"Institutional framework" paves the way for unelected international bureaucracy
Amid all the mainstream media reports of the talks in Copenhagen “limping†to a close and having failed, Lord Christopher Monckton, reporting from the summit, has stated that the only goal of the conference was to implement the framework and the funding for a world government – which he asserts has been achieved.

The ETS and international carbon trading, would give the UN the power to Tax and Spend - the two main levers of Government.
That's the internet for you.
You can disagree without attacking the man, but then you would have to point out the flaws in his argument. Lord Monkton is not alone in his view, as you are no doubt aware, so you seek to denigrate him rather than debate in a civil way. In this you are in the same camp with those who label "Climate Skeptics" as "Climate Change Deniers" a deliberately abusive term, associating these good people with "Holocaust Deniers".
A filthy trick, and one which doesn't make the undecided (most of the human race) flock to your banner.
