No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
You can appreciate the importance to the colonists of the British requiring hospitality for their troops. Today, this would not be considered necessary since none of the major nations quarter their troops among the civilians. (Probably something about discipline.)
