Ok, I'm not the kind of person that usually shares things like this, but I've had such great success with this, that I thought I would totally share.
Just a little background, I take a lot of medicines for bipolar disorder, which cause weight gain and I also have polycystic ovarian syndrome and lyme disease, which both are known to cause weight gain. I used to be a size 2 and once I started taking all these meds, I gained about 60 lbs and when I got sick, I gained another 25 lbs or so. Basically, I went from a size 2 to a 16. Nothing I tried helped me to lose weight. I went to the gym 7 days a week (before I got sick) and I eat a fairly healthy diet. All to no avail.
Well, about 3 months ago, a friend of mine told me about Isagenix - it's a nutritional cleansing program - NOT A COLON CLEANSING program. Just wanted to make that clear. I wasn't sure about it, so I showed it to my doc and he wasn't familiar with it, but looking at the ingredients, it seemed like something that could be good for me. I also took the Isaganenix products to my Naturopath that I went to see in Seattle and she said that it had some of the healthiest products in it that she's ever seen. In fact, she said that I should take it beause a lot of the ingredients in there she would have prescribed for me to take but since they were already in the Isagenix there was no need.
Before I tell you a little more about Isagenix and what it is, I will tell you about my success. Now, in general, women tend to lose inches faster than pounds and men tend to lose pounds faster than inches. It has to do with our body types and the amount of muscle mass that we naturally have.
OK, here's my success in just under 100 days:
Neck - 1.25"
Upper Arm (left) - 0.75"
Upper Arm (right) -0.50"
Chest (bust) -1.50"
Diaphragm (Rib Cage) 2.00"
Waist - 6.00"
Abdomen (6" below waist) - 3.00"
Buttocks (9" below waist) - 2.50"
Upper Thigh (left) -2.50"
Upper Thigh (right) -2.75"
Upper Knee (left) -1.00"
Upper Knee (right) -.75"
Calf (left) -1.00"
Calf (right) -0.25"
Total Inches Lost 26.50"
Two other side effects that I have gotten from the Isagenix is that my GERD is almost totally eliminated. I used to take 2 nexium a day and it still didn't help. I have only taken 1 nexium in about the last 2 to 3 weeks. Also, my cholesterol has gone down 36 points since I started using Isagenix.
Not too shabby, huh?
Okay, now Isagenix can be confusing because they have supplements, shakes, bar, cleansing products, and more.
Isagenix products are wheat free, barley free, gluten free, organic (as much as possible), nothing is processed, they do not add sugar (although there is stevia in a couple of products). There are a lot of herbs, vitamins, and minerals in their products.
I do not do the rigid cleansing program and I am still seeing great success.
There is one catch to Isagenix, you have to have a sponsor. Admittedly, Isagenix is MLM company. So, anyone you sign up, you get commissions on, but you also get commissions on anyone they sign up and so forth. There is no cap on this. You get commissions on all levels below you.
I am not sharing this as a money making opportunity, but more of way of sharing my weight loss success.
Here's what I do.
I drink 2 oz of "Cleanse for Life" in the morning.
I drink 2 oz of "Ionix Supreme" in the morning.
I take 1 capsule - Natural Accelerator in the morning and 1 in the afternoon (if I remember)
I have one Shake (with IsaGreens and IsaWhey) either for breakfast or lunch - I eat whatever I want for the other two meals
I take 2 capsules of IsaFlush at bedtime
I keep IsaLean Peanut Crunch bars on hand for situations where I need to eat on the go
I try to drink "Want More Energy" several times a week
That's it. That's not too bad.
If you have any interest in learning more about Isagenix, email me your personal email and I will send you brochures about Isagenix products and literature. It includes product info, ingredients, etc...
I can provide you any information you need or answer any questions you may have.
I couldn't do this yesterday because I didn't have an after picture. I really hate getting my picture taken, but I bit the bullet and had someone take my picture. And I already had a before pic from a family event, so I created a before and after pic. I don't think it gives the best example because they aren't "staged" for a before and after", but I think you will get the idea. (Especially look at my face and neck) PS. I really hate having my picture taken because I am not photogenic at all, so this is a big deal for me. But I wanted to show you some proof that I wasn't bs'ing anyone.
