My daughter and I had a movie “date” today.  Originally we had discussed going to see  “New Moon” but decided instead to see “The Blind Side” with Sandra Bullock.  We really enjoyed the movie and if you have the opportunity, go and see it. 

After the movie we headed over to the World Market and picked up a few odds and ends.   We thought it would be interesting to experiment and picked up some “Violet” mints and a Chipotle pepper and dark chocolate bar.  Our dogs that will eat nearly anything will not touch the mints.  They are, umm, interesting. 

It was nice to sleep in my own bed after being away for a week but after to waking up to a rainy morning I really wished I was back at the beach.  I will say that I have enjoyed having some "me" time today.  That is something that I didn't get while on vacation.

Nothing like a little time off from the muldane, I'm glad you got to spend it with your daughter. Moments like that don't happen often enough in today's busy world.
