Golfer Tiger woods was taken to Health Central Hospital after suffering injuries in a car accident near his home in Windermere, a suburb of Orlando Florida. He was treated and released for facial lacerations. The accident occurred around 
2:25am Friday morning when Woods left his driveway in his 2009 black Cadillac Escalade and struck a fire hydrant and a tree. The accident is under investigation and though Tiger Woods was injured in the car accident it doesn’t appear to be alcohol related.
Tiger Woods has won 93 tournaments, 71 on the PGA Tour. Woods, is married to supermodel Elin Nordegren, the couple has two children.
