Black Friday 2009 is inching closer by the minute! The major retailers are looking to rev up sales this year by unveiling all sorts of great Black Friday deals for 2009. Included in those retailers is KMart, who officially starts their Kmart Black Friday sales at 6 o'clock AM on Friday 11/27. Here's what you'll find inside the stores on the big shopping holiday.
Kmart will offer its own specials for Friday known as "Blue Friday" deals. These sales prices will last just 6 hours, from 6-11AM. Items include a Crafstman rechargeable drill for $39.99, a down comforter for $19.99, the Nintendo DSi bundle for $169 and the Razor ripster skateboard for $34.99. These deals will last for just 6 hours or until the items are gone off the shelves at Kmart!
To keep up with competitors Target and Walmart, Kmart is also offering a LCD HDTV for about $250. They'll have the 26" Element LCD HDTV for $249.99. Consumers can score a great additional TV set at Kmart, or look elsewhere if they want a little more size for their money. Target and Walmart will each offer 32" LCD HDTV sets for $248, so they may have won that battle for now! However, Kmart will offer the Sony Bravia L Series 32" Class 720p LCD HDTV for just $379.99. That's over $130 more than the 32 inchers at the other stores, but it's also the best brand of the bunch.
The deals don't stop with TV sets for Kmart though. They'll offer select Nintendo Wii games for $9.99, a Delstar 7inch Netbook for $120, and Xbox 360/Playstation 3 games starting at $39.99. Other popular deals will be the Sylvania 7 Inch Portable DVD Player for $49.99 and the Jazz T20 Camcorder for $19.99. There's even a 40-piece food storage set for $3.99. Families can score great items just for the house, or eager shoppers can complete all their necessary holiday gift shopping in one trip!
The Kmart Black Friday officially begins Friday, November 27, 2009 at 6AM! However, if you want to start even earlier, KMart will be open on Thanksgiving day starting at 7AM. Deals then include LCD HDTV sets for $120 to $699, video games for $9.99 and up, Nintendo Wii systems/accessories, and digital cameras. It appears Kmart really wants to get shoppers in their stores early and often right through the big 2009 shopping holiday.
