In what may be the first governmental acknowledgement of its kind, a public official from Cleveland, Ohio has referenced "chemtrails" in a bill put before congress. Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D) has submitted bill no. HR 2977 IH , which proposes a ban on the weaponization of space. One of the weapons systems listed in the bill is "chemtrails".

I know that we, that would be the USA, use this for weather control. I didn't know that we have gotten that far into this nano tech stuff but I did know that we have been working on it.

However, I wasn't aware that he wanted to stop it.

That 'smart’ dust on the military folk which is used to find them later I feel is a good thing and I also have known of that.

What I don't like is the attitude that with the silver the sun ray's could block out the sun a bit and cool down the whole earth. I feel that that is a very bad idea as we are heading into a cool cycle now for the next couple of hundred years.

I kind of wish I hadn't watched it. What the heck are we coming to? The need to control everything. Soon we'll only be allowed to use our own bathrooms at certain times, and bathe once a month, if lucky.

34 countries are using cloud seeding? My son said he read that the Chinese use it regularly, sometimes daily. So those climate changes we're seeing....are they real or manmade?
