During a 18-15 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, Buffalo Bills offensive lineman suffered a scary looking injury. In the graphic Youtube clip below you'll see the Eric Wood injury video. On the slow motion replay you'll see Wood running to make a block, but ends up with a Jacksonville Jaguar defender falling right onto the side of his leg, bending it a way it wasn't meant to. Caution, this video is graphic due to the injury so only watch if you are not the squeamish type.
After the scary moment, Wood was helped off the field onto a cart, with a brace put on his left leg. There's no timetable yet on Wood's injury recovery or rehab. According to the Bills' official website, Wood has fractured his tibia and fibula and is going to stay in Jacksonville for the necessary surgery. Eric Wood was one of four Bills players to suffer an injury during the game, but his was by far the worst. Also injured were Marshawn Lynch, Seth McKinney and John McCargo, adding to the Buffalo Bills woes for the upcoming NFL schedule.
