American Music Awards: J-Lo falls flat at the AMAs

J-Lo provided one of the unintentional highlights of the American Music Awards when she fell over on stage in the middle of her dance routine

The star otherwise known as Jennifer Lopez landed on her famous behind mid-way through her performance of Louboutins.

She had climbed on to the back of a male dancer and jumped off, only to slip as she landed. Ever the professional, she quickly recovered her composure but was later filmed looking furious as she exited the auditorium.

With that tushie I am sure she didn't feel much except a bruised ego. I didn't watch the music awards, they are too long and drawn out for me...but I do like catching up on who won what and hit places like Youtube for any performances. I think this was my fav.

I don't care for J-lo as a singer, I like her as an actress though. So maybe she will do another movie after this stunt...

we were watching this and i stepped out of the room right as this happened. I told my daughter I would have to look it up today. So...thanks for making that easy for me!

No problem...I just can't seem to sit long enough for these award ceremonies, only one I watch all the way through is Scream Awards...but I do like to watch certain performances afterwards, same with Oscars and others.

That is sad for any performer. I now I have triped in a couple of words when I do a reading and it make me feel bad.
Hey! I wrote those words then why did I trip on it. Yeah no a happy performance.
I don't watch music awards and I am no very familiar with her, but she tried to give it all and mess up. That hurts...
