New foundation will clean the house of women...

I learned something new today! I was checking out the latest Snopes entry and discovered that there is an organization -- Cleaning for a Reason Foundation -- that will arrange for professional housecleaning services for women going through chemo for cancer! Isn't that a wonderful idea?

Here is a blurb from their front page:

Fighting cancer is difficult enough, but living with it is even tougher - and that's where the Cleaning for A Reason Foundation steps in.Â This newly formed nonprofit offers free professional housecleaning, and maid services to improve the lives of women undergoing treatment for cancer - any type of cancer.

What a great idea! I've been lucky not to have needed chemo, but I've known people who did, and this service would have been so nice for them. It's so nice that there are still caring people out there who will do good works.

Very nice. I know how important this is to people going through a tough time. When my BIL was in the hospital with cancer, my SIL was trying to keep deal with keeping two restaurants going, being a mother and father to their daughter, and all the other normal things life throws at one. We were at a distance at the time, but when we visited, we spent half a day cleaning their house and doing laundry. She said it was the best gift we could have given her at the time.

Yes there are all sorts of angles out there ... right, acute, obtuse, and even some that are fractional, like 12.5 degrees.

Hee hee hee. Just teasing. You meant "angels" I'm sure. Lots of people have problems with that word. We once got a ferret in that the owner said was named "Angle" ... we assume they meant Angel but my daughter called it Angle. Snort.
