That is right. Can't get enough "Sex and the City" and Carrie Bradshaw? Luckily you wont have to wait until the second movie comes out in May 2010.
Sex and the City author Candace Bushnell is publishing a new book The Carrie Diaries, which takes place during main character Carrie Bradshaw's high school days. This is a nice way to reel in the young ones who missed "Sex and the City" the first time. It will be a whole new generation of Carrie Bradshaw fans.
The book goes into Carrie's first romance, her relationship with her mother, and why she became a writer. The prequel is coming, because rumors have it there are flash backs in the new movie and the book will give more insight into Carrie's world.
The Carrie Diaries is due to release April 27, 2010, just about a month before "Sex and the City 2" hits theaters. I think the next book she rights should be about Samantha's teenage years...that would be interesting.
Will you buy the book, or have you had enough Sex in the City?
