On November 27, 2009, the biggest shopping day of the year will hit, and this year it appears retailers want to really move some merchandise. Black Friday 2009 features some low priced items from the electronics world such as mp3 players, Blu-ray players, flatscreen HDTV television sets and computers with accessories. Top deals will be found at retailers such as Walmart, Target, Sears, and Best Buy.
Many shoppers will be looking to scoop up the 2009 Black Friday deals for themselves, family or friends and that day could be the day to do it. If you're looking to get a netbook or notebook for someone, the day after Thanksgiving might be your best time. Here's a look at 3 great Black Friday laptop deals you can get this year.
Office Depot has some great deals set up for the big shopping day including this Acer® Aspire AS5517-1208 15.6" Widescreen Notebook. It features 4 gigabytes of memory, 320 gigabytes of hard drive storage space, wireless or wired internet connection and a 15.6" widescreen LCD. It will include the newest Windows operating system, Windows 7, a built-in webcam, memory card reader, CD/DVD burner and 2.5 hours of battery life all for just $379. Not a bad deal but you'll have to be in the store early to secure one.
For just $299 Staples will offer the HP Laptop With Intel Celeron Processor 900, 15.6" LCD, 3GB RAM, 160 GB HD AND Windows 7 AR. This one's a bit light in terms of computer processor speed and storage space, but is great for basic computing for a student at college/high school or other adults at home.
Or for a hundred dollars more you could opt to get Best Buy's Sony 15" Laptop w/Intel Dual Core Processor, 4GB Memory, 320GB Hard Drive, and Windows 7. Intel is one of the best in terms of making CPU's, and you get a nice amount of storage space along with a good deal of memory. This will allow you to do more computing tasks at once, making for a nice little notebook computer!
The Black Friday laptop deals seem to still be developing so make sure to check all available sales ads before heading out to the stores on that Friday. All three of the companies above are reputable, well-known laptop computer manufacturers and priced at $400 or lower you'll be getting the convenience of a portable computing device!
