I have learned a simple way to loose weight. But it involves eating fungus. Okay that is a gross word to think of when eating. Lol. So, I will say the word that is easier on the ears when eating : mushrooms. A simple way to loose weight is substitute mushrooms for beef.
To me this would be easy. As I love mushrooms. But I do have some family members who do not like mushrooms.
Today for lunch I had an easy dish. I placed some sliced lettuce on a plate, added some cottage, some sliced mushrooms, than topped off with a little shredded cheese. It tasted so good and filled my belly.
