FOX News to Add Religious Programming to Its Lineup

Demand from viewers has influenced FOX News to prepare for the addition of a religion-based program. The network has just finished an extensive search to find the right host for the show which they hope will unite their viewers spiritually, as well as ideologically.



Just in time for the Christmas season, FOX will unveil “The Fred Phelps Family Gospel Hour” featuring the Reverend Phelps, as well as members of his family and members of the Westboro Baptist Church. Viewers will tune in to hear a daily inspirational message and news concerning Christian-American concerns. Phelps was chosen because of his congregation’s independent status from other Baptist organizations and for their skills in organizing demonstrations.



When asked how he felt about joining the FOX News team, Phelps was quoting as saying, “It’s a wonderful privilege to be part of FOX News, but we are hoping we are not given a time slot following that crybaby fag, Glenn Beck.”

Is there a more vile "Christian" than Fred Phelps? If Fox did outrageously hire Phelps, I would not be surprised if the ratings were good, considering the hatefulness of its viewers.

Might be the most honest thing they've done. From what I see/hear, their entire line-up is nothing but catering to people with their heads stuck up their - uh, bibles - anyway.
Fox exists in a parallel universe of ashats and morons without a braincell to share between the lot of them~ unfortunately for us their sticky and gross reality bleeds all over our's~

Nothing Fox News does is not a stepping stone to yet another Faux News Scheme.
