Question for Redgage Users

I have recently decided to use Redgage for an entirely different reason than I set out to, but I am having an issue and I am hoping a Redgage member on here can help me out. When I attempt to upload a document, it routinely gets stuck in a processing stage. Three red bars show like they are loading up, but it goes nowhere from there.

I want to upload docs there rather than links anywhere because this is info that I will be saving onto docs and storing over at Redgage. Can anyone help me? Anyone else having this issue? I know the site has a lot of quirks so I am wondering if this is just one of them.

It does the same for me when I try to post a photo. I can only move my posts from gather to red gage. That's one reason I stopped going there. I got no answers from the help there.

I have enough trouble figuring out gather and their constent changing..Can't help you with it.

I had that happen when I was uploading a profile photo using Firefox. When I switched to IE 7, it worked fine. It's weird, because the site says it doesn't support IE and suggestions Firefox. Which browser are you using? I also saw a post from someone else on the website saying that document upload wasn't working for them, so it might be a problem.
