It was totally good that I slept 4 hours but I know it's not enough because I was awake last nice almost 24 hours.How's everyone?

Good Morning Dawn Marie...I used to be able to get by on alot less sleep then I require now..if I dont get my 8 hours, I can't do all that I need to be able to do in my busy life!
